Ottawa Public Health has issued a mandate that all individuals entering an indoor public space must wear a mask or other face covering. For the health and safety of our staff and you, our customers, we have masks available at the door FREE (with any purchase). Additional masks available for $1/each.

Yes! If all the products in your order are in stock you can place a Pick Up Now order to have your order packed as soon as possible.

Orders that require an inventory transfer (ship-to-store orders) received before 2pm will be made available for pickup same day after 5pm. We will call to notify you when your order is available for pickup.

We are still working on improving the products menu and adding details to the product listings, but if you are looking for something specific the easiest way is usually to use the search function for one word you know is part of the product name.

Shipping Policy

Shipping orders will be mailed within 3 business days of your order. Please be aware that Canada Post is currently experiencing very high volumes along with reduced distribution center capacity due to COVID-19 safety requirements. Packages that normally arrive within 1-2 business days may take 4-10 days to arrive, however this is beginning to improve as Canada Post has opened up weekend deliveries.

All orders are shipped with age verification as required by law. Any orders returned to us due to age-check issues will be subject to a 50% restocking fee. If you are underage in your province, do not order.

In order to work around the overloaded Ottawa distribution centers, Canada Post has begun moving some packages to the much larger Montreal distribution center for sorting. This is actually helping decrease delays so you can get your order sooner.

All consumables including e-liquids, replacement coils, rebuilding supplies, batteries, etc are final sale. 

Eligible hardware is covered by our in-house 30-day in-store exchange warranty. Any manufacturer-covered issues within the first 30 days are eligible for an immediate exchange for a brand new replacement or credit towards a different product.

After 30 days, we also handle all parts of the standard manufacturer's warranty coverage (usually 90 days). Simply return the product to us so we can arrange for warranty replacement. Once approved we will contact you to confirm the availability of a brand new replacement.

Non-warranty returns/exchanges only valid for products in brand new unused condition.
