Shipping policy
Products marked with [Ontario Stamp] can only be shipped to Ontario.
Products marked with [Federal Stamp] can only be shipped to British Columbia, Newfoundland & Labrador, and Nova Scotia.
It is against the law to ship products with the improper sticker. Shipping options have been limited to regions they are intended for. If you are not seeing shipping options at checkout, double check the products in your cart.
Shipping
All orders are shipped with Canada Post. We ship anywhere in Canada. All orders use Proof of Age option (18+/19+/21+) based on the province of delivery. Mail delivery personnel may attempt delivery and check ID in person for homes with direct parcel delivery, otherwise a pickup slip will be left to retrieve the package from your local Canada Post outlet. Residents of apartments or other housing will have a pickup slip delivered to their community mailbox slot. We are not able to provide delivery without proof of age service, nor guarantee a delivery attempt will be made to your door.
Orders over $150 ship free anywhere in Canada.
Packages are picked up Monday through Friday, excluding Canadian holidays.
Local Delivery (Trexity)
We offer local delivery service to Ottawa and surrounding areas through our delivery partner Trexity. Orders placed before 1PM EST each day will be packed and scheduled for pickup that evening (4-8PM). Please ensure you are at home and available to receive the delivery during the window. Delivery updates, driver tracking, and PIN verification are all done via text message to the phone number provided with your order.
Occasionally situations may arise where no drivers are available to fill deliveries. In this case you will be contacted to confirm a new delivery period or have your order fully refunded.
All delivery orders are shipped with 19+ ID verification, and you will be required to show valid photo ID to the driver at the door in order for the delivery to be released to you.
Please note: local delivery orders returned to us as undeliverable due to customer not being present, not responding to contact attempts, or failure to provide valid ID will be refunded for the remaining value after all delivery fees are subtracted. Delivery fees are non-refundable, and delivery fees are charged both directions.
Order Processing
In-stock orders are processed and packed daily, excluding Canadian Holidays. Orders received after 12:00PM Friday will be picked up by Canada Post the following business day.
We reserve the right to additional processing time to allow for stock transfers between locations, or if any questions or concerns arise about your order. We do our best to get in contact with you via the phone number or email address provided during your order to resolve these issues when necessary.
Inventory Locations
For the fastest possible order processing, please ensure all products in your cart are in stock at the Kanata location.
Orders Changes & Cancellations
Orders changes and cancellations are possible. If you would like to modify or cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request so long as your order has not yet been handed off to the shipping carrier. Once your order has been received by Canada Post, we are unable to make any further changes. Once shipped, any returns or cancellations (subject to our return/refund policy) must be returned to us first.
Proof of Age Required
We utilize Canada Post's Proof of Age (18+, 19+, 21+ depending on the law in your province or territory) as required by Health Canada for all orders, no exceptions.
